Fabulous location for train or boat access to Cinque Terre. Lots of cafés and restaurants nearby. Lovely walk to town square.
All good.

Excellent apartments in a very convenient location. The train station is only about a 5-minute walk away, the main pedestrian street can be reached in around 3 minutes, and the waterfront is about 15 minutes away on foot.
The apartments are located in a historic building without an elevator, which is worth keeping in mind if you have heavy luggage.
Inside, the apartment is clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay.
The host was always available via WhatsApp and kindly helped us with any questions or issues that came up.
A very good option for anyone who wants to stay close to the center, the train station, and the main attractions of La Spezia.
The internet connection was unstable and went down twice for several hours. The host checked the issue and found that the problem was with the internet provider rather than the apartment itself.
