The house provided a warm and comfortable environment. It was larger than we had imagined and easily accessible since it is on the first floor.

The keys provided were unable to open the front door. We made several attempts but were unsuccessful. Fortunately, there were many residents in the building. The bed is comfortable, but the blanket is too thin. I suggest buying a new, thicker blanket.

Excelente ubicación, apartamento abandonado

Viaje en pareja, estuvimos alojados del 13 al 17 de julio de 2025. Ubicación excelente, muy cerca de la estación de trenes, de la calle principal en la que están situados los comercios y restaurantes y cercana también a la calle donde se coge el bus para ir a Portovenere, en general muy cerca de todo. La lavadora y el lavavajillas semi nuevos y en buen estado y funcionamiento.

El anfitrión solo se comunica a través de whatsApp, nos costo encontrar las llaves de la casa; agradecerle que nos dejara entrar al apartamento antes de la hora prevista. La casa esta limpia superficialmente, las patas de la cama de la habitación principal rotas, acabamos en el suelo; la persiana de la segunda habitación rota, no se podía cerrar, por lo que entraba mucha luz y ruido, todo esto se le comunico al anfitrión y solo se disculpaba. Vecinos ruidosos y vistas a un patio interior muy sucio y lleno de moho, mas parecido a una ciénaga. Faltan productos y trapos de limpieza, no hay nada, nos toco comprar una botella de lavavajillas y una esponja. El microondas también esta roto, pero funciona; no se indica en el anuncio que la cocina también dispone de un lavavajillas. Critica constructiva al anfitrión: arregla todos los desperfectos que ya sabes, facilita productos de limpieza, alguna pastilla de detergente de lavadora y lavavajillas, limpia la casa en profundidad y facilita mas información acerca de todos los servicios que tiene la casa y donde se encuentran los pequeños electrodomésticos (secador, etc...), una silla de la cocina también esta rota. No pudimos tirar la basura porque no sabíamos como funcionaban los basureros. El baño es antiguo pero da su servicio, le faltan baldas y toalleros para poder dejar los utensilios del baño. Facilita también información de La Spezia y de Cinque Terre. Es una pena que un apartamento con tan buena ubicación, este tan desperdiciado.
