This is a lovely property, it was clean and had everything we needed for our one night stay.
The bathroom looks like it was brand new so I assume it had recently undergone renovations. Tram line right out the front made getting around very easy.
One bedroom we were given was on level -1 and one was on level 3. Level 3 meant suitcases needed to be carried up 64 steps which was tough.

Add slippers to wear in room, wooden brushes and pastes also daily water

We wanted a place close both to the Hauptbahnhof and the city centre, so we could walk around. There is a tram stop right before the hotel, but it wasn't noisy at all. There is also an Edeka down the street, if you want to have a look round a local supermarket. Breakfast choice wasn't too big, but still enough. Our family room was spacious and comfortable for 4.
We missed the kettle and tea in the room that hotels normally provide. But this was a minor inconvenience.
