The hotel itself is quite nice and has several positive aspects. However, unfortunately, a number of shortcomings significantly affected our overall impression. Starting with the positives: The hotel has an excellent location and a beautiful beach, which are definitely among its biggest advantages. The spa area is spacious, the pool was pleasantly warm, and the temperature throughout the spa was comfortable. We visited during the off-season, so it wasn’t crowded and there was plenty of space for everyone. We really enjoyed spending time there. The food selection was fairly varied, especially for a short stay of two or three nights. Some dishes were genuinely delicious, while others were rather disappointing, but overall there was a good variety. The service in the restaurant was also very good, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was reasonably spacious, the beds were comfortable, and we slept well.
First of all, we were surprised by how much the hotel seems to cut costs on basic amenities. The bathroom only had one combined hair and body wash. There was no separate shampoo, shower gel, or body lotion. These might seem like small details, but they create the impression that the hotel is trying to save money wherever possible. There was also no refrigerator or even a basic kettle in the room. I find the lack of a refrigerator particularly disappointing. Some guests need to refrigerate medication, while families travelling with babies may need to store breast milk. As we were travelling with our infant, we actually had to bring our own mini fridge. In my opinion, such basic facilities should be available in a hotel room. Another frustrating detail was the paid parking, even for hotel guests. Considering the hotel’s location and the fact that most guests presumably arrive by car, I find it rather unreasonable to charge guests extra to park at the hotel. One of the most bizarre aspects of the room was the bathroom door, which simply cannot be closed completely. As a result, absolutely every sound from the toilet can be heard throughout the room. Where is the privacy? This is uncomfortable not only for couples but also for families with children. At night, I even avoided flushing the toilet because I was worried about waking up my husband and our sleeping baby. I genuinely don’t understand why a hotel room would be designed without the possibility of properly closing the toilet door. We also had some concerns regarding cleanliness, as there was quite a lot of dust underneath the bed. Overall, the hotel certainly has its strengths: a beautiful beach, a great location, a spacious spa area, comfortable beds, and good restaurant service. Unfortunately, it is often these seemingly small details that shape the overall guest experience.

Breakfast was amazing - especially the fresh omlette station. The interconnecting rooms were ideal as we travelled as a family. The pool area was brilliant. Chess board in reception a nice touch that kept kids entertained.
Cleaning service was every two days. We often had to go to reception to ask for new towels. The room was quite hot even with window open.

Breakfast: Really good. Room: Was clean and comfortable. Location: Good. You can see the sea from your room. Beach is at walking distance. The hotel has swimming pool (indoor and outdoor) so that you can enjoy even in bad weather.
Room: No telephone to reach the reception from , no medications present in the reception, wifi is very bad in the rooms.
