The most central location possible! The room to the backyard shared it with some apartment buildings, which was nice to see. It was extra quiet. It was carpeted, so there was no noise even in the room, and cleaned very well, as with my asthma I'm very sensitive to such carpets. We were proposed a great breakfast and coffee!
The WiFi was available only in the conference hall. Hope, it will be restored.

Was given upgraded room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean. Good restaurant on site.
WiFi was not working.

Location of the hotel was excellent. It was right at Neuer Markt area, very close to Neuer Markt tram station with possibility to easily commute to Rostock hauptbahnhof ( central station). The suit we stayed in were fantastic. It was specious, nicely decorated, fitted with comfortable sofa, table, chair and bed. There was a nice coffee machine too. Breakfast was good with reasonably good spread. Staffs were generally friendly and helpful.
Check-in process was a bit lengthy - had to fill in form with some details ( e.g. passport number, nationality etc.) of every guest, which was a bit tiring after a long travel. We reached at late hours and the main door of the hotel was closed. Though there was staff at reception, it took us some time to understand how to call him. We travelled from Sweden via Ferry and missed a direct public transport connection from port to hotel.

In the middle of the old part of town and quiet. Nice views. Good parking.
The rooms need upgrading. And some are set up chaotically. Personnel is rough.
