The location, the staff and the hotel itself in the middle of the nature. The food and the quality of drinks were ok, for a 5-7 night stay.
Housekeeping service was sometimes late (with a baby sleeping in the afternoon…) and some facilities might need a fresh look. Sport activities should not be just next to the rooms (football matches were organised just next to our terrace and therefore were noisy for the baby nap).

The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from a beautiful beach with it's own lifeguard and private hotel sun loungers. The hotel is very well kept, clean and modern. Entertainment team very friendly and helpful. Amazing show every day, lots of activities.
The food was nice and always plenty to choose from, nice drinks.
Spa area needs renovating and a good clean as it is nor very welcoming.

A shelf in our room was completely broken
Hairdryer tripped the circuit breaker and then our fridge wouldn’t work
Quality of the food is ok. Lots of fruits and vegetables available but the quality of the protein was poor.
Pool was very cold (October)
Only one sauna was working. Jacuzzi area was a bit dingy.

Staff - particularly the entertainment team. They were fab and very friendly. The beach was glorious. Enough sunbeds to not worry about not getting one. The cocktails were good. Food was great. The two extra dining areas (bookable) were exceptional.
Dirty floors in the room; air con didn't work despite being looked at by maintenance; resort is 20 mins drive at least to places of interest; long queues at the bar (needed more bar staff in the evenings). Evening entertainment got a little samey as it's mostly dancing and all run by the team in house. We were there for 10 days so saw some of the same shows twice. The kids club was lacking a lot. Activities didn't always run as advertised, the play area needed a lot of upkeep, some staff didn't seem to be keen to mix with the children. My children weren't overly keen to go (aged 5 and 7).
