Room, facilities, food, all inclusive drinks and staff were all amazing! Couldn't have asked for more.
The noise from groundsmen cutting hedges and strimming vegetation in the estate opposite our balcony (looking onto the large carpark and gardens) was extremely loud and very off-putting and we were unable to enjoy sitting in our balcony during the day time at all. The noise started very early in the morning and ended very late in the day, every day, for the whole 5 days we were there. It was very triggering and difficult to enjoy the room.
Unfortunately, we were also unlucky enough to have very noisy people staying in the room above ours who continually moved their chairs and tables across the kitchen floor, over and over again, all evening and night long. It was infuriating and very annoying. It would be beneficial to add rugs beneath tables and chairs or to add rubber caps to the bottom of chair and table legs, to prevent people on higher floors disturbing people staying below them.

Great staff and fantastic food.
We had two rooms here for 5 nights.
We will definitely come back!

The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.
Great location and good facilities.
Praia de Falésia beach is a 15 minute walk and is absolutely breathtaking!
The rooms are quite basic but very clean. Would definitely stay again for a short trip but definitely not an all inclusive holiday hotel.
