Convenience of the rooms, how close they were together.
The complex itself and the pools were lovely.
No cushions on our garden furniture until the night before we were going home. We phoned reception multiple times but it took forever. Only minus!

Stayed in a Townhouse
The facilities of the resort are great, especially the modern and fully equipped gym
Falesia Beach is really nice
Beach chairs are crowded in the morning in peak season

The views and property/grounds were incredible! Great pools and restaurants. Close to restaurants and grocery store. The beach was beautiful! The townhouse was big with lots of space.
The townhouse was dated with lots of wear and tear - door knobs falling off, loose railings, broken kitchen cabinets and AC was not working well (noisy and only low fan speed).
