A 10- to 15-minute walk along the promenade will take you to the town centers of Heringsdorf or Bansin. A bus stop is located right next to the building.
If you’re arriving by car, one parking space in the underground garage is available per apartment.
A coin-operated washer/dryer is available for shared use in the building, as well as a bicycle storage room.
