The hotel is gorgeous although I only saw the public areas and my room. It is on an intimate street but fantastically convenient to everything I wanted to see and do in Granada.
Staff were super pleasant and helpful. I walked everywhere except when I had to get to the train station to leave.
There are superb dining spots within a few minutes walk as well as significant shopping. The Granada Cathedral is about a 3 minute walk as well.
There really was nothing wrong. The only minor inconveniences for me were the lack of counter space in the bathroom and there wasn't a great place to open my suitcase which is rather large. The closet space is extremely generous but just didn't have a spot for my open bag.

Location was so good. Central to historical interests, shops and restaurants. Incredibly clean and modern. Communication with hotel extremely fast and good.
