The breakfast with the a la cart menu was great. The location enabled upto walk everywhere we wanted to go. This is a great place to stay.

Safe box is tired - some buttons are not working - toilette seat was loose. Should have been checked before our check in

The property was in a good location and the common facilities were updated
Our room was unfortunately not clean, check in and parking were very messy, despite calling in advance and selected staff did not have the requisite English knowledge to answer the English-speaking phone line (option 2) to answer questions or even understand what was being asked. Recommendations for restaurants were limited to “the hotel restaurant is good”, and no concierge or help with luggage was available. The room offered absolutely no privacy in the bathroom and staff did not seem to have solutions despite having 20+ open rooms according to the visible dashboard on the screen
