We liked the location of the hotel once we found it. A great location for visiting the city and Alhambra.
The instructions provided to find the hotel and separate car parking arrangements. We had great difficulty in finding the hotel which required three attempts in following the sat nav and instructions provided by the hotel. The preferred car park and back up could not be located requiring us to use another car park which did not attract the discounted parking rate.

Tasty kitchen, although a little bit poor choice. Good neighbourhood, easy access to the main public traffic facilities. Attentive staff.
The air condition set on the wall at the head of the bed, right above my head.

Excellent central location, quiet and clean rooms, and great staff. A special mention to Kathy, whose attention to detail and kindness made our trip really pleasant and enjoyable. She was always approachable and helpful, and went above and beyond to answer all our questions.
We can only say thank you!

Room was small I could literally open the bathroom door from my bed! Didn’t have any interaction with staff apart from check in and out.
Location was great and lots of really good restaurants and close to Alhambra Palace.
Bigger room, not sure if window doorway opened- especially if there was a fire. Mugs and glasses in room not to my standards - could do with a good wash. Tea facilities very basic 2 teabags!!
