Great location

Great location, big appartment for 2, A/C works fabulous (a need in the heat wave) and perfect location (walkable distance) + we could early check in !

A few little things would not work in the accom but nothing sropping us to enjoy our stay, for carpark you will have to stay out of the city center to avoid fines and walk to accomodation (15min walk)

The first night was non-existent and the host was awful.

The location was good, it was spacious and with an interesting layout.

Between my boyfriend and I, we have visited Italy at least 25 times. Without a doubt, this was the worst hospitality either of us have ever received in the country. We informed the host that we would be checking in around 10:30pm, after the given check-in time, and this was approved. Unfortunately, we were delayed in getting there and didn't arrive at the front door until just after midnight. It was winter and I was with my two children, one of whom is disabled. The instructions say to call the host upon arrival and he will let you in the main entrance. After that, there is a lock-box to get into the apartment, which we had the code for. We rang the host, who didn't answer and then turned his phone off. This meant that we were stranded after midnight, on a cold December night with two hungry, tired children. After multiple attempts to contact the host, we realised we had been left to fend for ourselves! Due to the late hour, it was difficult to find anywhere else but we did manage to find a hotel twenty minutes walk away which cost us an extra 200 Euros. We had already paid for our accommodation at the Palazzo Rialto for 3 nights. The following morning, I contacted the host, who got very agitated and hung up the phone on me. My boyfriend then called from a different number and he eventually answered. He was incredibly defensive towards my boyfriend and it took some grovelling to persuade him to allow us to stay there at all. When he eventually said that we could stay in the apartment we had already paid for, we went to the front door and called him. He buzzed us in, suggesting he was already in the same building and all he had to do was buzz us in from the comfort and warmth of his own home. This meant that he was happy to leave a family out in the cold because he couldn't be bothered to take a few steps from his bed to press a button when we originally arrived. As I said, this is the worst hospitality we have ever received in Italy.

Great way to experience Bologna!

The apartment was huge with a nice dining area. The kitchen has a good gas oven and stove. Great location near the old part of Bologna. Bus stop was right outside the apartment door. Nice quiet street with everything available nearby.

Some baking dishes or trays could be an improvement.

Posizione e casa ben arredata
