Newly renovated and well appointed apartment.
Small but quite useable balcony overlooking interior courtyard and gardens.
Great location: less than 15 minute walk from train station and less than10 minute walk from old town centre.
Spotlessly clean.
Reasonable value for money.
Engaging and enthusiastic owner.

Plenty of space within the apartment and very walkable to everywhere (including train station and centre of town, restaurants, etc). Helpful host and easy/flexible check-in and check-out process.
It's worth noting that this location is very noisy at night. We stayed mid-week, but it was still extremely lively and loud throughout the evenings, well into the early hours of daybreak. Ear plugs recommended - we were relieved to not be travelling with children. They also use a lot of strong air-fresheners that were pretty overpowering upon arrival. I'd just recommend asking for these to be removed prior to check in :)
