Perfect location, nice hosts. Apartment is really big and clean. Thank you.
The elevator was not working and there were a lot of stairs. But they offered us compensation about it thank you.

This property was booked by 3 ladies looking for 3 bedrooms. The quality of the third bedroom (while spotless) was very poor. It was the size of a small office. The bed was larger than a sub hue bed but not a double bed and was very comfortable but the lack of a mirror, wardrobe (a rail would suffice) and lighting made us score you negatively.
The bathroom needs a shower installed properly over the bath. Effectively two ladies had to share this space. I would recommend you taking the bath out and putting a shower similar to the ensuite room in.

We had very clear instructions for the check-in, and we managed to find the property and get in, very easily.
I strongly specified on the day I booked the property that we are not young and have knee problems, and I specifically asked about the number of stairs we would have to climb to get to the apartment. They assured me that the only stairs we had to climb were the two flights up to the elevator lever. Unfortunately, on our arrival, the elevator wasn't working, so we had to carry 3 very heavy pieces of luggage, 23 kg each, up to the almost 5th floor. We were promised the same day that the elevator would be fixed the following day, so we didnt go out at all, waiting for the elevator to be fixed. But nothing. The same on the 2nd and 3rd days, till it was time to check out, and we still had no elevator. They are lucky that we didn't have a heart attack or a knee displacement; otherwise, we would be suing them for lying that they were expecting the technicians. The worst of all is that we found out from people in the building that the elevator was broken a month ago, and they were not expecting it to be fixed until after a long time. We did get a 300-euro refund for the inconvenience, but we should be reimbursed for the whole amount of the booking, since they accepted our reservation, KNOWING THAT THERE WAS NO ELEVATOR. Waiting for your response to my request.

Vista, spazi, arredamento, silenzio
