The room was tight...smaller than I had expected.
Difficulty with TV remote and finding channels.
The eating area was too small with too many people trying to get breakfast at the same time with such limited space.

The staff at the front desk (Sigh is the pronunciation but I'm not sure of the spelling) was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was awesome with many different choices.
No Parking lot.

Loved the pricing and the area is pretty walkable . I stayed here cuz I had a job in Brooklyn before I went into the city for fashion week. I wasn’t able to find an Airbnb in the area I needed and this place was perfect way to keep my overhead low :)
A few noisy neighbors in the hall but other than that I was good

The location on a main street was easy to find, but rather barren and perfunctory. The breakfast was adequate. The hotel manager turned off an alarm going off in another room, which I appreciated.
Only one light switch for the whole room, no reading light or switch by the bed. The floor was cold and the heater loud. Absolutely nothing to make it remotely worth spending over $500 dollars a night. No security to keep people from coming up the elevator, but the clerk was behind bulletproof glass.
