If you're looking for a clean and comfortable room that's in a super convenient location close to subway and the Park Slope/Gowanus scene...this is perfect. I'd definitely stay here again.

Clean but very small. Bathroom exhaust fan was falling out of the ceiling and maintenance attempted to repair but it was still falling out. Only stayed one night so wasn’t worried about it. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The best of minimal stays for the price. Tiny room, but well kept and a few helpful amenities. It was perfect for a solo work trip. Tidy, cute, efficient. I would definitely stay here again!

The Industrialist is a great place to stay in the city for adventuring out. The rooms are small but cozy and have everything you need. The wifi and in room Smart TV work well for when you are in the room. The front desk staff was amazing and made sure I had everything I needed. My only complaint is that the walls are thin and you can hear a lot of noise from the streets or hallways. So if you are a light sleeper, keep this in mind. The proximity to the subway station and delis are a huge plus as well!
