Union street station is right there, as are a number of coffee shops. The water pressure in the shower is great.
The placement of the sink and height of the shelf just above it is uncomfortable to use. The shower is a very tight space and water *will* spill out so the first person will have a great shower but Guest 2 is in for a bit more of a mess.

Nicest staff! Amazing location.
A little noise from hallls but the noise machines helped. Small spaces but it is nyc.

Decent location, very tiny rooms the floor actually had a hole in it. I wouldn’t recommend the ground level it’s very loud you hear everyone coming in and even the staff on the phones.
Maybe the bigger rooms higher up are more comfortable but if you are just looking for a fairly clean room in a good location its fine.
Noise on the ground level. Coffee facilities aren’t in your room they are in the foyer which is a bit annoying.
