Great set up and everything we needed.
The rooms were not cleaned up to standard daily. Only thing.

The hotel was in Gran via a very very long street!
The pool was very small and very busy!

Guys at the reception are very helpful and easy to communicate, they will answer all your questions and even share recommendations of places if needed. They have 3 elevators, in pick hours they can be slow, but nothing to worry about. My room was very comfortable with balcony which I used a lot especially in the slow mornings or if you decide to watch sunset from balcony, great pick. Bed and pillows are VERY COMFORTABLE, I slept like on clouds. They have roof top with very small pool, even tho on the photos look much bigger. I didn’t use it as roof top with pool was full of people, but this will be your preference to join the pool or not . Roof top is with beautiful view on the city and great for drinks and beautiful sunset. Location is perfect in soul of the city and everything you need is just there. I preferred to have breakfast outside of hotel so couldn’t say much about their breakfast.
Guys who work at the bar are not really English speaking, they don’t know to give cocktails recommendations based on the alcohol you like or not. They don’t have some special drink that you can try. They social skills and communication can be improved for customers purposes. But the rooftop has very pretty view they no one should miss.
