We were lucky to have to adjoining rooms not what we booked but a lovely surprise. We did not have breakfast . Was so convienent for the team to Venice .You just had to go out of back gate of hotel and the tram stop was there.Not a lot to do in meistrate but did not mind after a long day walking around Venice I have posted a photo of the restaurant we ate in twice in Venice excellent well worth the money. We sat outside in the lobby of an evening with some wine and beer you can purchase in the hotel so this was great to wind down to.

Fahrräder konnten sicher im Keller abgestellt werden.
Frühstück war sehr gut und ab 07:00 Uhr möglich.

It was near bars and restaurants. Good for tram stop to Venice
The shower was very small and the enclosure very rusty. Large crack in window. Rooms required updating. Poor selection at breakfast. Thought it was near train station hence why I booked but a bus was or taxi needed.
