We had a lovely experience staying in this traditional Japanese-style villa with our two young children (2 & 4yr). It was a unique opportunity to experience sleeping on traditional Japanese futons. The accommodation occupied two floors and had two spacious bedrooms with futon beds, providing plenty of room for a family or a group of 4–8 people. Overall, there was plenty of space for us to relax. Restaurants, convenience stores and bus stations nearby the accommodation. Plenty choices of restaurants in the Asakusa area.
The accommodation is a private house, so there is no elevator, so carrying our suitcases up to the third floor was quite challenging, especially with young children. Also, the bedrooms had a noticeable old, musty smell, possibly from the tatami mats or old wardrobes. This was a little disappointing and affected our overall comfort. It took 15-20min to walk to the nearest subway station (Asakusa), which was manageable in good weather but felt quite far, especially on rainy days with two young children.

子供がいる為荷物が多かったので、玄関入ってすぐ階段を持って上がるのに苦労しました。

The community is nice and the location is close to some attractions without the need to commute.
It is so hot inside the whole house except the bedroom with self control AC thermostat. Will be good if the laundry drier is provided. Owner night want to consider using something on steps/stairs secondary to safety concern considering the stair length and increased chance of slipping on stairs.
