I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, even though I was only there for one night. What really made the experience special was the exceptional hospitality and friendliness of the staff, particularly the reception team.
A special thank you to Emre, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. He carried my luggage to my room, explained all the room features, helped me connect to the Wi-Fi, and even offered me an umbrella when I was about to leave and it was pouring rain. Such thoughtful gestures really make a difference!
Ersin was equally kind and attentive when I checked out. He took care of my luggage and kept me company while I waited for my taxi, making sure I had all the help I needed to get into the car with my belongings. His thoughtfulness was truly appreciated.
Gokce made the check-out process quick and pleasant, while also taking the time to ask about my impressions of the hotel and the city. It was lovely to see such genuine interest in the guests' experience.
I would also like to mention the breakfast service. Although scrambled eggs were not available at the buffet, the waiter kindly arranged for some to be prepared for me by the kitchen. Another great example of the staff's willingness to accommodate guests.
Overall, I was genuinely impressed by the level of service and the attention to detail. The staff made me feel very well taken care of, and I would happily stay here again. A big thank you to Emre, Ersin, Gokce, and the entire team for making my short stay such a pleasant experience!
The only minor downside was the noise from passing traffic, as my otherwise amazing corner room was close to a major road complex. However, it did not significantly disturb my sleep, especially thanks to the delightful, comfortable bed!

Very high standard, excellent cleanliness, a comfortable room, and professional service. Everything met our expectations and the whole stay was very comfortable. The hotel definitely deserves a very high rating.
The only downside for us was the location in relation to Istanbul’s main tourist attractions. Getting to Sultanahmet, the Bosphorus, and other popular sights takes a bit more time. However, this was more our oversight when choosing the hotel than a fault of the property itself. The location seems very convenient for guests attending events at the nearby convention and exhibition area.
