The location, and The staff are very nice as if they carefully selected them. Delara and AbdulGadir at the reception and Noreddin who is always there whenever you need something
A little bit all rooms but it’s not unusual in Istanbul

Very clean , only 2 minutes from osman bey bus stop and 6 minutes from osman bay metro station , many restaurants & supermarkets and pharmacy are just in walking distance , reception employees are English speakers and very polite & cooperative .
