Clean rooms, helpful staff, tasty omelettes for breakfast, good location with supermarket and restaurants nearby, Osmanbey metro station not too far away. Overall I had a pleasant stay with good value for money.
Beds are a bit bumpy, and there is a slight cigarette smell at times.

Location which very close to Osmanbey, staff were friendly and quick delivery of anything requested .
Smoking smell is interning the rooms , I don’t know from where ?

The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, the hotel was okay and the location was convenient.
The room could have been cleaner. It wasn’t dirty, but it definitely wasn’t spotless. There was some visible water damage on the ceiling, and the beds and bedding were not very comfortable. The bathroom also didn’t have a proper towel bar or hooks, which was inconvenient.
The breakfast was very basic with very little variety. One of the biggest disappointments was the bread, which wasn’t fresh and tasted stale. Overall, the hotel was okay for our stay, but there is definitely room for improvement, especially with cleanliness, bedding and breakfast quality.
