Great facilities and location superb
Linen really needs updating and the bed was rock hard. Just some new sheets and towels would make a world of difference. A new mattress or a mattress topper and you could easily charge more to get those costs back in just 1 booking.

You can’t top the view of the towers from the pool. Very easy check in process. Spacious apartment.
There weren’t enough sunloungers by any of the pool. You sometimes had to wait a couple of minutes for a lift to arrive.

I like that it is close to klcc petronas tower and shopping mall
If i put in detail there some things that i dont really like such as
1. The rainfall shower switch is terrible , to switch between the rainfall and normal shower head need high waterfowl and requires to press long to make it working also leaking shower head in other bathroom
2. The water heater need to be turned on when you use it and turn off after use (this is annoying)
3. Ac not that cold but acceptable but again I must turn on and off (when I leave the room, thats annoying since malaysia is hot weather, so when I comeback to the room normally will be cold but not this one since I must turn it off before leaving)
4. Washing machine also terrible, especially when my wife, myself and my 5 children need to wash our clothes, thats bad, it looks like the water also doesnt flow as it should be
5. I guess waterflow and anything related to it, may be the culprit of my satisfaction isn't that much, this is also due to the price quite expensive
Other than the above the property is ok
