Situated in the heart of Namba. Very close to transport, eateries, retail, and entertainment. &Here is a new hotel that opened in the last two years, but it has garnered many excellent reviews and ratings. The staff were warm, bubbly, well-mannered, and extremely helpful. We stayed in the room with two single beds and two bunk beds, and it was very clean and spacious. I had a great time and really enjoyed my stay.

The location was excellent. Less than 5 minute walk to the Namba station and both markets were in a 15 min walk. Lots to do nearby.
The area was congested due to its location; but I guess that was to be expected given its proximity to tourist attractions. The only staff available at hotel was front desk personnel, so didn't feel as personal. But they provided good service on check in and check out.

The staff were absolutely lovely at this hotel. Of all the hotels we stayed at in Japan, this was by far our favourite. Check in was easy and there was always someone at the desk to help. The room we had was chic and boutique. Beautifully appointed rooms, beautiful linen on the beds, beautiful bathroom facilities. Fabulous location. It appears out of nowhere where you least expect it. We would definitely stay again. It had such gorgeous decor and outdoor walk to the elevator area.
Next time we would book a bigger room. Like most hotel rooms in Japan, it was smaller than what we are use to.

Brand new room, spacious enough, great facilities, good location. Service was super friendly.
