Great location with room pricing very reasonable for a city location. Close to Namba train station for getting around. Plenty of complimentary umbrellas at front door for use when required. Attentive staff.
Room very small with no suitcase space. No space under the bed to slide suitcase away so the suitcases remain closed sitting in the foot space of a small room until you need something out then have to place on the bed, difficult with two people in a tight space. However was aware of this at time of booking.

Good accessibility to Osaka
Some of the reception staff were not helpful
They refuse to speak English or communicate effectively with google whereas others were fine

The location was convenient and close to the train station. The check in process was smooth and done via machine. The staff were very helpful especially helping us with transferring our luggages to another city.
They provided clean towels everyday and did cleaning every 3rd day of our stay.
The floor in one of our rooms was bit sticky in some places and I found a glue on nail near the bed on our first day. The pillows are not comfortable unfortunately.

Great location and nice service. I think what I liked most was the extremely good location of the hotel.
I asked for a wheelchair accessible room and I got an extremely small room with a big step to get into the bathroom. So the hotel is not accessible at all.
