Very close to Namba station, tons of food + shopping + things to do options within walking distance, very nice facilities, friendly and helpful staff, pretty close to Universal Studios Japan.

Great location, Japanese hotels are very accommodating with extras like toothbrush, mouthwash, cleaning cloths etc. There was even a foot massager in the room which was fantastic after walking around exploring all day!
Pillows were a little soft (which meant firm when you put your head on them!) For my liking, but thats just personal preference
