Really nice modern and clean rooms, great value for money.
Room access through your phone is great, although after a long day of sightseeing it is a bit stressful not to have it out of battery otherwise you can’t go home. Maybe have some charging station by the reception for emergencies?

Great equipment in rooms, easy check-in/check-out, pretty close to Shephers Bush station
Narrow corridors made it a bit hard to navigate through the hotel but it was ok

The location is nice, walking distance from a big mall and multiple bus/metro stations.
The communication is super quick and easy through whatsapp.
It is very cramped and warm inside, also it is very noisy from inside (i could hear other guests conversations word for word from their room).
I had some issues with the cleaning when i arrived in the room, however they were super quick with multiple solutions.
