A real mixed bag. Check in was seamless with really helpful friendly staff. On first impressions, the room, though fairly small, was well equipped and very clean. Beds very comfortable with nice bedding. Air con worked well. The bathroom was disappointing, adequate at first glance, but only a shower curtain as it was so tiny so water everywhere after showering. We were in the basement so a bit of concern about noise as breakfast room next door, but surprisingly quiet. Breakfast is complementary and included in the price,but was very disappointing. Sausage, fried and scrambled egg all cold and overcooked (no bacon), beans and mushrooms ran out and not replaced while we ate. Very basic continental with poor quality products. Fruit choice was an apple! I would probably have complained if we'd paid for it. Overall, I actually would stay again for an overnight only as the sleep quality was really good and it was reasonable vale for money in London.

The only issue we had was working the lights in the room and the door making a noise every time someone walked past
Overall it was a nice sized room and the bed was comfortable

Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Quiet environment. Staff were all friendly. Great breakfast each morning with lots of choices. Bottled water available. It was one of the cheaper options with a king bed! Good location close to bus stops. Would stay here again!
