For a prime location- value for money, supermarkets tube station all within 5 mins walk
Very small room, kettle stashed away in the cupboard -
The TV channels were not working-asked the staff to help - but lady couldn't help. Missed the England game- check in process is complicated- you walk into the foyer and look for your envelope with your name on - this was not mentioned-
At around 1am i got a loud knock on the door - a man claiming I've taken his room- I cleared his confusion - he misread the instructions- which say to drop the keys off next to my room. very unhappy

Location was perfect for the price, rooms were clean and check-in was easy.
The rooms are very very small, which was fine for just me, but would be cramped for two people. The room was also very warm during the heatwave.
