MAUI APARTMENT - DESIGNER VACATION APARTMENT IN A PRIME BEACH LOCATION
Enjoy a relaxing vacation in our designer vacation apartment Maui, located in a prime spot right on the beach in Kühlungsborn. It’s just 50 meters to the Baltic Sea and the kilometer-long beach promenade. And yet you’ll enjoy a quiet stay in the second row, next to the adjacent city forest, with your own parking space right by the house.
“Come in, settle in, and feel at home” is our motto. To that end, the apartment was completely renovated in early 2024 and refurnished for you—with great dedication and attention to detail.
The bright and cozy apartment on the 2nd floor accommodates 2 people and features high-quality furniture, modern appliances, dimmable lighting, two 43-inch flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedroom, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, USB charging ports, and many other little touches designed to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Special highlights include the Ambilight features on both flat-screen TVs as well as the large Ruf box-spring bed in the separate bedroom. On the enclosed and furnished balcony, you can wind down in the evening and enjoy the immediate proximity to the Baltic Sea with a glass of wine.
LIVING AND COOKING
In the modern kitchenette, which is integrated into the living area, everything your heart desires has been accommodated in a compact space. In addition to an induction cooktop (2 cooking zones), you’ll find a microwave with a grill function, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher at your disposal. Additionally, a kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, and a wide range of kitchen utensils are available.
The cozy living area invites you to linger and relax, and the dimmable lighting creates the perfect atmosphere. Entertainment is provided by the modern 43-inch Smart TV with Magenta TV and—as an optional extra—four free streaming services (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney, and RTL+).
A Bluetooth-enabled audio/CD system, a DVD/Blu-ray player, and a small media library (books/CDs/DVDs) round out the amenities. After all, if the weather isn’t cooperating, you should still be able to feel comfortable right here in the apartment.
BEDROOM
A king-size box-spring bed (180 x 200) with a selection of different pillows ensures restful nights in the cozy bedroom. A spacious closet is available for your vacation wardrobe. Convenient USB charging ports are located on the nightstands. Thanks to the additional TV, you can also enjoy TV entertainment from the comfort of your bed.
BATHROOM
The spacious bathroom, featuring a large sink, a rain shower, hair dryer, makeup mirror, and storage surfaces rounds out the amenities of this beautiful vacation rental.
An ironing board, iron, and vacuum cleaner are included in the apartment’s amenities. Coin-operated washer and dryer are located in the building. The entire vacation apartment has been fitted with high-quality designer flooring.

SPECIAL FEATURES
We ask for your understanding that smoking is permitted only outdoors, as this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are also not allowed.
Please note that charging bicycle batteries in the apartment is only permitted if you are present or the batteries are being supervised.
The rental price includes all utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are also provided as a starter kit. The linens package includes bed linens, 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel per person, as well as dish towels and bath mats per apartment. A laundry room with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer is available for shared use.
As an additional service, free Wi-Fi internet access is available; however, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, no liability is assumed for any disruptions.
Guests staying in this vacation rental have access to a free parking space at the house. You can safely store any bicycles you bring with you or rent in the lockable dacha behind the house.
