This approximately 40 m² ground-floor apartment is ideal for relaxing days by the Baltic Sea—cozy, high-quality furnishings, and wonderfully practical.

The bright living area offers a pleasant combination of a sitting area and a dining area. The couch can be pulled out into a bed if needed. The kitchen was completely renovated in 2017 and is fully equipped for self-catering with a ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher.

In the separate bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed with high-quality mattresses and a spacious closet —perfect for peaceful nights after long walks on the beach.
