Vacation Apartment No. 10 in the "Ostseewelle" in Kühlungsborn is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.
You’ll stay in a lovingly furnished, bright 2-room apartment measuring approximately 38 m² on the first floor. On the quiet, south-facing balcony, you can wind down at the end of the day with a glass of wine and a view of the city forest. The beach is about 50 m away.
The living area features a pull-out sofa bed, a coffee table, a sideboard with a large flat-screen TV, and a wicker armchair. The dining area is perfect for meals and game nights.
The kitchenette, integrated into the living area, is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a toaster.
The adjoining bedroom is furnished with a large double bed with a seat height of approximately 44 cm, a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV.
In the bathroom, you’ll find a walk-in shower, a toilet, a sink, a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer.
An iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are located in a small storage room. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

The complex is located on Ostseeallee in the second row and runs parallel to the kilometer-long sandy beach, just 80 meters away. A bicycle storage area as well as coin-operated washers and dryers are available for shared use. Bicycles can be securely stored in the bike room. A staircase leads to the individual vacation apartments.
A free outdoor parking space is available for each vacation apartment right next to the apartment building.
