Disgusting do not waste your money!
Close to Excel London
The whole house is filthy. There was thick dust on the window sills, on the skirting boards and the radiators. It doesn't look like it's been clean for ages, even though there is a £100 cleaning charge added to your bill. The cooker and microwave dont work properly, so we were unable to cook that weekend, which we had to clean first because they were disgusting too. We had to clean the sofas and the tables before we used them. The bathroom was also filthy. Woke up on Saturday morning to find I had been bit through the night twice! The parking is terrible and not as advertised. It's in a permit area, and other cars park on the drives, which look like they are part of the house. We couldn't get parked when we arrived, we did arrive late, I messaged to ask for some advice on where best to park and had no response all weekend. Luckily the permits are only for Monday to Friday. Monday morning we were checking out and one of the spaces on the drive became available so parked while we loaded the car. The person who was parked there came back and started shouting at us saying it was her parking space. We then had a man, who said he was the owner shouting, swearing and threatening us through the cameras on the drive. Not a great experience at all. The worst place I have ever stayed in and not worth the amout they are charging. Plus to charge for cleaning is a joke! If we could have afforded somewhere else we wouldn't have stayed.
