I would rate the property 3stars. The location was very convenient for us as we were attending a conference at ExCeL London, which was about a 10-minute Uber ride away (ยฃ10โ12 for four people). There are also plenty of shops, convenience stores and eating options nearby.
We were four people staying for six nights. The property had three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, and the room sizes were decent.
The main drawback was no housekeeping during our six-night stay. Cleaning was available at an extra charge, which we found quite expensive, so we had to manage it ourselves after long conference days. The 10 a.m. checkout also felt quite early, and our request for a late checkout could not be accommodated.

Au pied de la ligne 115 en direction de Londres centre, ce bus vous dรฉpose ร 10 minutes de Tower Hill pour 1,7 ยฃ aprรจs 30 ร 45 minutes de route. Sinon ร 20 minutes de marche (si vous ne prenez pas le bus), vous avez WestHam station (ligne 276) ou Canning Town Station, pour prendre le mรฉtro et vous emmener aux gares, ร Notting Hill, Westminster ou encore le tรฉlรฉphรฉrique pour rejoindre Greenwitch and so, and so...
Dans Barking Road, vous trouverez toutes les facilitรฉs comme Superette (Iceland, Tesco ร 10 minutes, ou Lidl ร Canning Town), des restaurants aux saveurs diverses (indien, chinois, turc), du ร emporter ou ร livrer (McDo, Pizza Hut, Dominos Pizza ou pas mal de restos locaux avec Eat it).
Et pour le confort du logement, on est content aprรจs une journรฉe de dรฉcouverte de se poser dans ce cocon. Les photos de l'annonce montrent tout ร fait le logement. La literie est parfaite pour se reposer (2 lits doubles, 2 lits simples, et mรชme un canapรฉ convertible si un de vos jeunes veut รชtre tranquille. 2 salles de bain pour passer tout le monde ร la douche (drap de bain fournis). Les รฉquipements sont complets (frigo avec congel, four, plaques, lave vaisselle, lave linge, bouilloire, grille pain). La terrasse exterieure vous permettra de prendre un verre en toute tranquilitรฉ.
Et lorsque vous avez un problรจme, il est facile de contacter la gรฉrance par Whatsapp qui rรฉpondra rapidement, et prendra en compte vos demandes (rรฉsonnables). Une demande pour 2 chaises supplรฉmentaires (soit 6 ) pour manger a รฉtรฉ prise en compte (temps de livraison au-delร de notre sรฉjour).
La table ร manger est peut-รชtre juste pour 5-6 personnes simultanรฉment, mais la petite table de la terrasse peut dรฉpanner.

Everything was thought of which made life for me and my family so much easier whilst waiting for a bathroom refurbishment to be completed at our house.
Responsiveness to messages was excellent.
The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the bed linen super soft and everything was in perfect order.
The kids complained about the fridge smell. The dining table and chairs were very compact. Not being able to check in until 3pm.
