Rooms were big and clean. Although our "Garden view" room was looking out on vege patches, didn't look like a garden at all.
Staff helpful and responsive.
Breakfast options were limited.
Pool wasn't cleaned for a very long time and we saw a cleaner who dunked her mop in the pool before she started to clean tiles around the pool.

"Very clean and tidy. Room is very quiet, you can't hear anything. Perfect for having a good night sleep after a long flight (no easy to get the Guilin from oversea)."
