Typical Shangri-La welcome. Great facilities, very clean, friendly service, wonderful breakfast buffet.
Hotel is away from the main town but this provided a very peaceful setting, while still walkable to the centre.

Spacious rooms and lobby, good views.
The hotel itself is quite dated and rooms require renovation. The onsite restaurant was very inconsistent - same meal offered on different days resulted in completely different outcome. Lack of English was also quite surprising for Shangri La.

We specially like the link room arrangement for our family of 5 , easy for accessing parents and kids room.
Appreciated for the complimentary yummy birthday cheese cake. We truly impressed with the stay with all great facilities around especially the garden and swimming pool.

When I checked-in, I already had an upgrade for King Deluxe with river view. The girl at reception did not speak any English. She used translator app. She told me my room is a city view room but she can upgrade me. So I paid for an upgrade which I already had. They charged me twice. I complained when checking out. I did not receive yet my refund. Also their staff refused to arrange pick-up from trainstation. They gave me a useless wechat number. Never seen a hotel to refuse to arrange driver!
