Great location and very spacious with lots of outdoor space.

Positives: lovely apartment, clean and modern, nice pool, sun loungers available, great location, close to mini shops, fridge, freezer, seating areas nice, facilities worked well and useful.
Recommendations:
•I never received check in instructions, I contacted class BnB 4 days before we arrived as I hadn’t heard anything, more communication would be better.
•You can’t leave suitcases at apartment until check in, this is a bit of an inconvenience.
•One of the bedroom balcony railings are very low (below hip level), this is dangerous, especially for children.
•the glass doors to the terrace seating were broken and wouldn’t lock.
•there were 2 sets of keys and one key fob for the pool. 3 sets of keys would be better as there are 3 bedrooms.
•no air conditioning. Fans in each room and downstairs but the weather was still very hot.

It was clean
No AC - the apartment is very hot and does not cool at night. Due to constant traffic and some nightclubs downstairs opening windows at night on the street side is not for everyone.
The bathroom upstairs has a strong sewer smell - mainly at night
There are some fans but even the neighbours complained about the noise and couldn’t sleep.
There is no umbrella nor shade on the terrace.
Facilities are very basic and lack practical issues like a chopping board or tray.
The entire complex is dated.
