Great location. Facilities good.
TV in room didn't work. Tried a few times with reception to have it looked at, but never got to the bottom of it.
Other guests very loud and sound travelled through the floors / ceilings!

It was super clean, beds were very comfortable- cleaners came in every day and the staff were all friendly and welcoming, the pool area was fab lots of available beds.
The only down point was it had ceiling fans instead of actual Aircon, but it was ok for October.

There was no wifi unfortunately to connect to when in the room but not a massive error - sometimes it’s nice to clock off from the outside world

Good location, pool area good. The stand out are the bartenders at the restaurant. Alex is exceptional good. Im sure the bar sold twice more on the evenings he was working. All the other waiters were good also, smiling and polite.
I needed to work away from home. This was impossible. The internet is the worst I have experianced. For a person like me that need to work during stay this hotel will unfortunately not be an option. Really disapointing. Bathrooms seeling and floors need renovation. Bad smell I complained x 5 to reception.
