Würden wir nicht nochmal buchen - unfreundliche Kommunikation und unnötig kompliziert

Lage war gut.

Unnötig kompliziert und leider wenig gastfreundlich Leider war unser Aufenthalt vor allem durch die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern negativ geprägt. Die zusätzlich gebuchte Bettwäsche musste für stolze 40 € separat abgeholt werden, ebenso der Schlüssel auch nochmal an einem anderen Ort. Wer eine späte Anreise über Booking.com anbietet, sollte dafür auch eine praktikable und gastfreundliche Lösung ermöglichen. Besonders unangenehm war die Kommunikation bezüglich der noch ausstehenden Barzahlung. Obwohl wir erst sehr spät angereist waren, erhielten wir gegen 23 Uhr eine vorwurfsvolle und unfreundlich formulierte Nachricht mit mehreren Ausrufezeichen. Daraufhin sind wir sogar noch einmal losgegangen, um Bargeld zu besorgen – leider an benannter Bank erfolglos, weil diese geschlossen war. Am nächsten Morgen folgte erneut eine Nachricht, man sei „irritiert“, da schließlich eine andere Abmachung getroffen worden sei. Eine Überweisung wäre für uns selbstverständlich jederzeit möglich gewesen. Komisch, dass diese Option bei Anreise garnicht im Raum stand, uns aber Einiges erspart hätte… Auf unsere anschließende Rückmeldung folgte weniger eine Entschuldigung als vielmehr eine Rechtfertigung. Besonders befremdlich war, dass uns danach kommentarlos noch ein Foto mit den Öffnungszeiten der Bank geschickt wurde – mit dem Hinweis, dass diese zwischen 23 und 6 Uhr geschlossen sei. Genau das half im Nachhinein überhaupt nicht weiter, da wir nach 23 Uhr bereits versucht hatten, Bargeld zu bekommen. Für uns wirkte auch diese Reaktion erneut wie der Versuch, die Verantwortung bei uns zu suchen, anstatt die unnötig unangenehme Situation einfach anzuerkennen. Auch der Hinweis, uns die Kurtaxe für unseren Aufenthalt „entgegenkommenderweise“ nicht zu berechnen, stand für uns in keinem Verhältnis zu den eigentlichen Problemen. Hauptsaison und ein entsprechender Preis sind völlig in Ordnung – sie rechtfertigen aber keinen unfreundlichen oder vorwurfsvollen Umgang mit Gästen.

Süße Wohnung. Gepflegt und sauber. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Kleine Terrasse mit Zaun für den Hund. Das war durchdacht.

Leider war der Bewohner über der Wohnung nachtaktiv und wir konnten dadurch schlecht schlafen. Es war dann doch recht hellhörig. Wir waren nur für eine Nacht eingemietet.
