About this apartment rental
Welcome to “Coastal Residence 1”—your dream vacation rental in the charming and popular Baltic Sea resort town of Grömitz!
Our lovingly furnished vacation rental is located on the mezzanine level of a two-family home and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The “Coastal Residence 1” vacation rental was completely renovated and modernized in 2024, so you can enjoy modern and stylish furnishings.
The spacious, enclosed garden invites you to relax and unwind. Enjoy sunny days on the terrace, which is equipped with a grill—perfect for cozy BBQ evenings with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need and allows you to prepare delicious meals.
You can conveniently do your laundry in the shared basement, where a washing machine is available for your use. Your bicycles will also find a safe place here.
Note on using the garage for e-bikes: Guests have the option to safely park and charge their e-bikes in the building’s garage. A remote control for the garage is provided in the apartment. Please be sure to leave the remote in the apartment when you check out. The garage is also used by guests staying in the second vacation rental. We therefore ask that you park your bicycles so that other guests have enough space as well. Thank you for your understanding and consideration!
The property also features a spacious driveway with four parking spaces.
Another plus of “Coastal Residence 1” is its private parking space right outside the door. This way, your vacation begins stress-free and without having to search for a parking spot.
Two cars can park one behind the other in the parking spot on the left next to the driveway. There are no assigned parking spots—it’s “first come, first served.” Thank you for your consideration!
Grömitz offers a wide variety of recreational activities: whether it’s relaxing days at the beach, sports, or culinary delights—there’s something for everyone here. Discover the beauty of the Baltic Sea and unwind.
We look forward to welcoming you to “Coastal Residence 1” and ensuring you have an unforgettable stay!
