This 85 m² duplex apartment is located on the first floor and the lower first floor of the Deich-Residenz. It is designed to accommodate 4 adults and 2 children, and your dog is also welcome! You can park your car in the apartment’s private parking space.
On the upper level of the vacation apartment, you’ll find a living area with a cozy sofa corner and a dining area. The sofa provides a comfortable sleeping spot for one person. You’ll also find the well-equipped kitchen, one of the two bedrooms with two single beds, and the “mini shower room” here.
On the lower level is the second bedroom, featuring a comfortable double bed, a closet, an additional sleeper sofa, and a flat-screen TV. Another small shower room is also available here.
A special highlight is the furnished sun terrace with a grill, where you can enjoy pleasant hours in the fresh air. The apartment also includes a parking space.

Top Lage. Keine 5min Fußweg und man ist auf der Promenade. Ausstattung sehr gut, alles reichlich vorhanden.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, bestens für Familien mit Hund geeignet.
Direkt am Meer.
Die Duschbäder sind sehr winzig, aber im Urlaub auch mal hinnehmbar.

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut, auch der Service ist tipptopp. Die Beschreibung des Appartementes ist bis auf die Bäder zutreffend. Das "Mini-Bad" im EG bedarf bei geplanter Nutzung eingehender vorherige Planung sowie akrobatischer Geschicklickeit. Auf einer Grundfläche von ca. einem Quadratmeder sind WC, Waschbecken und Dusche so trickreich angeordnet, dass man die tatsächliche Nutzbarkeit als nahezu unmöglich bezeichnen könnte - nahezu. Die Dusche im Bad im Tiefparterre ist über eine geflieste Stufe zu erreichen - mit nassen Füßen eine Herausforderung.
