Studio in the heart of Gannat
Welcome to our small studio, completely renovated in 2023 on the second floor without elevator of our building. Ideally located in the city center, it is optimal for the reception of a couple or two friends who wish to discover the surroundings or the city of Gannat. During the day enjoy the pleasures of a small town (market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings) and in the evening (cinema, restaurants, bars).
Around Gannat charming villages and towns await you such as: Charroux (14km), Vichy (21km), Moulins (57km), Clermont Ferrand (41 km).PGJyPg
A nice activity in summer: the Sioule de Chouvigny gorges by canoe, also admire our magnificent Gustave Eiffel viaduct in the Gorges ROUZAT.
In addition, you can discover our breathtaking Puy chain and climb to the top of the Puy de Dôme, its highest peak (1465m).
Not to mention Vichy, the water town with its many springs known for their benefits, as well as its many shops.
In our accommodation you will find:
• A bright living room with its comfortable sofa and a TV to relax.
• A bedroom with its 140X200 bed, household linen is already in place as well as a wardrobe to store your belongings.
• A fully equipped kitchen (fridge, induction hob, combi oven, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine) and other kitchen utensils.
• In the bathroom equipped with its shower cubicle and hydro massage jets, shower and toilet towels will be at your disposal.
• No Wifi but you will have the good 5G network of our municipality.
Free parking is located near the accommodation.
The studio is a 12-minute walk from the SNCF train station.
The motorway is located 7 minutes away by car.
The entrance to the studio is autonomous thanks to a key box.
For the good of all, you will be asked to unmake the beds and leave the laundry in front of it, as well as a quick cleaning (brooms + mop) will be most appreciated in the context of mutual respect for you and for our little studio.
