The only issue we had with this property was trying to find it. When you click on the Google Maps locator provided in the listing, it takes you to the wrong building. The triangular building/property that it takes you to is the YWCA that is about a 30 second walk away. Even after pinning the exact location once we were in the apartment, Google Maps kept taking us back to the YWCA. Once you find it in relation to the YWCA building, it's easy to get back to even if Google Maps takes you to the YWCA.
The unit we stayed in was very clean, very comfortable for the four of us and had an apartment sized fridge/freezer, cooktop, and microwave. The bathroom sink was in the room with the standard shower/furo stall and the washing machine (we had laundry soap in our unit). Toilet with bidet was in a separate room across the hall. No traditional dryer but the shower/furo stall ventilation system has a setting for drying.
Family Mart about 100 yards to the left as you exit the lobby, 7/11 is visible to the left as you pass FM. The street bordering the right of the property as you exit the lobby leads you to the "adult" area that some mention. Nothing that caused concern with two teenagers in tow, but might be slightly off-putting for more conservative people. That street takes you right to a food court/mall. You can enter the train station as well. Take the second right as you go down that street and you get to Donki and Round 1, and the train station can be seen across.
