About this apartment rental
This bright, modern, and inviting 3-room apartment (approx. 70 m²) on the first floor is highly functional and fully furnished. All floors in the apartment are tiled and feature underfloor heating.
The apartment can accommodate a total of 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).
From the spacious entryway, which features a coat rack, shoe rack, and large wall mirror, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation rental.
The spacious and bright living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable corner couch and coffee table, a sideboard, and a separate dining table with 4 chairs. From the living room, you have direct access to the ground-level, covered, and sunny terrace (facing south) with comfortable patio furniture, a sun lounger, and a parasol—here you can sit back and relax with a magnificent view of the greenery and, in the evening, enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!
For your entertainment, the vacation rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV, a radio, a CD player, and a DVD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.
The open kitchen features a high-quality, fully equipped kitchenette with a 4-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven with a broiler, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.
The bright and modern first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200), nightstands, and a spacious closet.
The separate and additional second bedroom (children’s room) features two separate single beds (90 x 200), another closet, and a desk with two stools.
The modern and spacious bathroom (with natural light / window) features a glass-enclosed walk-in shower (senior-friendly!), a sink with a mirror, a toilet, a hair dryer, a towel radiator, and ample storage space.
You can store your jackets and shoes on the large coat rack with shoe storage in the spacious entryway of the apartment.
In addition, the apartment includes a separate storage room on the terrace for suitcases and luggage.
You can park your car for free in a parking space (No. 7) directly in front of the building; your bicycles can be parked safely and dry in front of the building (bike racks) or in the lockable bike storage room.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!
