This light-filled 3-room duplex apartment (approx. 74 m²), located very close to the beach, spans the 2nd and 3rd floors (no elevator) and is connected by an internal staircase. The apartment offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The flooring in the entryway and the living/dining room is high-quality vinyl with an elegant wood-grain finish; the lower bedroom has sisal flooring, while the kitchen area, the entire upper floor, and the bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The vacation rental sleeps a total of 6 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillows, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the hallway, which features a coat rack, mirror, and shoe rack, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation rental.

The spacious and inviting living/dining room (in the basement) features a separate seating area with a comfortable (sleeper) couch and a coffee table, a separate dining table with 6 chairs, and a sideboard.

For your entertainment, the vacation apartment is equipped with a modern 39-inch flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and a selection of books and board games. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions).

The open kitchen includes a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, exhaust fan, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cozy and spacious first bedroom (in the basement) is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, a spacious closet with a full-length mirror, and two chairs. To ensure a good night’s sleep, the bedroom features blackout curtains and pleated blinds.

The interior staircase leads to the light-filled and spacious second living/sleeping area on the upper floor. This area is furnished with a wall of cabinets, two comfortable pull-out (sleeper) sofas (140 cm x 200 cm), two armchairs, and coffee tables. From here, you have direct access to the approximately 14 m² sunny rooftop terrace (facing east, south, and west) with patio furniture. Here you can sit back and relax with a sweeping view all the way to the “Buk” lighthouse in Bastorf, where you can enjoy your meals in peace or, in the evening, watch the sunset while sipping a glass of fine wine and savoring the balmy summer nights!

The bright bathroom (with natural light / window) in the basement features a shower, sink, bathroom cabinet, and a chair. It also includes a toilet, a hair dryer, ample storage space, and your own washing machine for laundering your vacation clothes.

You can store your jackets and shoes in the large coat closet in the apartment’s spacious entryway.

Under the stairs in the basement, there are two spacious built-in closets with cleaning supplies and plenty of room for additional luggage and suitcases.

You can park your car for free in a parking space (No. 26) belonging to your apartment, right next to the building; your bicycles can be stored in bike racks outside the residential complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right next to your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your vacation rental.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the rooftop terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A laundry package (complete set of bed linens—the beds are already made—one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 4 people. For occupancy by 5 or 6 people, a surcharge of €10.00 per night applies for each additional person.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
