The high-quality, fully furnished Apartment 18 is located on the 1st floor of the building and offers a generous 81.30 square meters of living space.
The light-filled living area impresses with its high-quality furnishings and invites you to relax. In addition to the comfortable sofa, which can be converted into a sleeper sofa in just a few simple steps, a large flat-screen TV and a hi-fi system provide plenty of entertainment during your stay.
Adjacent to the living area is the open, fully equipped kitchen, which features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 4-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, toaster, and Senseo coffee maker—leaving nothing to be desired.
The tastefully furnished bedrooms offer comfortable beds and, in each, a spacious closet with plenty of room for your vacation wardrobe. The first bedroom features a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m, with a full-length topper) and another flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), which can be separated into two single beds if needed.
The modern tiled bathroom features a walk-in shower, a large sink, and a hair dryer. Through the bathroom, you can access the private sauna, which is available to you free of charge.
From the living area, you can step out onto the sunny, approximately 20-square-meter corner balcony, which faces south/west. Here you can relax and sunbathe or enjoy a cozy evening with a glass of wine.
You can safely park your car in the underground garage (max. height 2.00 m). A private basement storage room is also available for our guests, offering ample and secure storage space for beach gear, personal sports equipment (kitesurfing, fishing, etc.), and even handcarts.
