If you wish to spend an unforgettable holiday, choose Ca 'dei Zotti, where you can feel a fantastic venitian atmosphere. The excellent location, just a few steps from Campo Santo Stefano, Accademia Bridge and San Mark's Square, make it an excellent solution as a pretty, charming pied-à-terre.
This charming apartment is located on the first floor of a cozy private Palazzetto with a private stairs. The property has been restored with excellent finishes, decentral heating and air conditioning and wooden plank floor. It consists of entrance hall, living are, small kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge, microwaves. Three elegant double bedrooms, two with double beds and one with twins. The interiors of this elegant and refined apartment are a perfect combination of venitian styles from the past and the present.
Our guests have available throughout the house.
The house has an exclusive entrance on the street, there are no condominiums. The entrance door is armored for added security.
On the ground floor there is a spacious luggage room for a flexible chek-in amd check-out.

Great location, excellent hosts who met us and explained things, helped with water taxi reservations, etc. The apartment is well restored, nice bathrooms etc. Decent kitchen with all the basics. Maybe not great if you want to do serious cooking but who wants to do that in Venice? The building is nothing special. You need to go up a steep flight of stairs from the entrance to get to the livingsleeping area. One of the bathrooms is downstairs. The windows are pretty small, so there isn't a huge amount of natural light. The owners were very insistent about closing the shutters and windows before going out, claiming that bad actors might climb water pipes, break through the external grillwork, and burglarize the place. This seemed a bit odd. But location location location made for a very good experience overall.

Our host Carlo was amazing! He went out of his way to make the arrival & departure process easy. The location was great with easy access to vaporettos & restaurants. The twin bed room was small, but fit our needs.Thank you Carlo & Maria!

Maria Beatrice and Carlo are consummate hosts and their residence is comfortable, cozy, and close to everything we wanted to see and do in Venice. They provided information that made our arrival and stay simple. They responded quickly to communications. Carlo spent time introducing us to the lovely, quiet neighborhood.All in all, excellent property and hosts!
