Apartment was clean and organised.
When requesting a one-hour late checkout, the host was unable to accommodate us due to their strict turnaround schedule. While we understood the policy, communication around checkout was quite uncompromising and inflexible. A decent stay, but guests who need any schedule flexibility should keep their rigid policies in mind.
We felt the host could have been a bit more friendly . Before arriving , when we asked about the location of the apartment , the host didn't offer to help - asking us to do as Google Map shows .

It was a cute, clean apartment. Getting in was easy. The air-conditioner had issues but they sent someone over immediately to fix it. It had a washer, and the shower area turned into a drying room, which was very cool. There was a good Taiwanese restaurant a few blocks away that served very tasty soup dumplings and beer. Subway was under 10 minute walk.
The beds and pillows were not comfortable, which made it very hard to sleep. It is unfortunate because everything else about the place I loved.
